STEP 01
Glass Cutting & Scoring
Precision CNC cutters score 4–5mm thick borosilicate glass blanks to the exact diameter.
STEP 02
Edge Grinding & Chamfer
Multi-stage diamond wheels polish edges and create a safe chamfer profile.
STEP 03
Arc Curving Heat-Press
Glass discs are heat-pressed into uniform dome curves matching cookware contours.
STEP 04
Tempering Furnace (650°C)
Glass enters a 650°C furnace then rapid air-quench, achieving 4–5× shatter resistance.
STEP 05
QC #1 — Stress Test
Each lid undergoes thermal-shock and fragmentation test (≥40 particles per 50mm²).
STEP 06
CNC Vent-Hole Drilling
Steam-vent holes drilled with stainless-steel lined collars at φ6 / φ8 / custom.
STEP 07
Stainless Rim Fabrication
SUS 304 strip is laser-cut, roll-bent and TIG-welded into a closed circular ring.
STEP 08
Rim Crimping & Forming
Hydraulic press shapes the rim profile (C-series / G-narrow / G-wide / oval).
STEP 09
Silicone Gasket Molding
Food-grade silicone is injection-molded into the 8mm narrow rim profile.
STEP 10
Silicone / Steel Rim Assembly
Rim is hot-pressed onto the tempered glass with 100% airtight seal verification.
STEP 11
Final QC & Egg-Crate Packing
100% visual inspection, label printing, and export-grade egg-crate carton packing.
